Eating right and healthy is one of the most important keys to a successful season in Field Hockey. The food you eat is the fuel you burn on the field so it is important to put the right food into your body. Here are some suggestions as to what you should be eating in-season in order to get the best results on the field.
One of the most important things is to stay hydrated! Especially on game days, it is necessary to drink a lot of water or gatorade! Staying hydrated throughout the day will give your body the energy it needs when you sweat it off during the game. Hydration is also important on non game days.
